I don’t normally photo my food, but this was from the Surf Café cookbook (get it if you don’t have it).
It’s stirfry strips of rump steak & mushrooms served on home made poppy seed toasted bread with baby leaves to top in a garlic & red wine sauce, served with home made (and home grown) sage butter.
Truly soul food, of you’re ever down, this changes everything!
